About Us

Medical and Commercial Communications (MACC) is a full-service communication services company, owned and operated by the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association. Established in 1981 by a group of doctors who were part of the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association to be responsive to the specific needs of the New Mexico’s medical community. Since then, MACC has grown and now services accounts throughout the southwest, including both medical and commercial (non-medical).

MACC works with each customer to develop a custom solution to the challenges they face in their business. For medical customers, they work with your HIPAA-compliant business continuity plan to provide a secure line of communication between you and your patients, both during and after hours as MACC operates in a 24/7/365 environment.
