About Us

Medical and Commercial Communications (MACC) is a full-service communication services company. Founded in 1981 by members of the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association, MACC was established to be responsive to the specific needs of New Mexico’s medical community. Today, MACC is owned and operated by Schuerman Holdings LLC and led by President Robert Schuerman. Since its founding, MACC has grown and now services accounts throughout the Southwest, including both medical and commercial (non-medical).

MACC works with each customer to develop a custom solution to the challenges they face in their business. For medical customers, they work with your HIPAA-compliant business continuity plan to provide a secure line of communication between you and your patients, both during and after hours as MACC operates in a 24/7/365 environment. Commercial customers enjoy the same attention to detail as calls are handled by professionally trained operators, using state of the art technology.
